Donations made to Gulistan E Mehdi Welfare & Educational Society are voluntary contributions toward charitable causes. As such, donations are generally non-refundable. However, if a donation has been made in error (duplicate transaction, wrong amount entered, fraudulent transaction not authorised by you), please contact donations@gulistanemehdi.org within 7 days of the transaction with your receipt number. Genuine errors will be reviewed and refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. Once Form 10BE has been issued and the donor has claimed 80G deduction under the Income Tax Act 1961, refunds are not possible.
