Orphan Care & Sponsorship
Monthly sponsorship covering food, schooling, healthcare, and a guardian-mentor for each orphaned child.
What we do
Each sponsored orphan is assigned a guardian-mentor (often a senior community volunteer), receives monthly ration support to their family, school fees, healthcare check-ups, and a Ramadan/Eid kit.
Why it matters in Indira Nagar
In Lucknow Shia community, orphan care has historically been informal — uncle to nephew, neighbour to neighbour. Our work institutionalises that care so no child is dependent on a single relative.

Children below 18 who have lost a parent (commonly the father), residing in Lucknow.
