2. Donations
All donations are voluntary contributions toward charitable causes operated by Gulistan E Mehdi Welfare & Educational Society. Donations are not refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy.
3. Tax deduction
Donations are eligible for 50% deduction under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act 1961 (Old Tax Regime). Form 10BE certificates are issued by 31 May of the following financial year.

All photographs, recordings, names, and stories on this site appear with the consent of the persons depicted. Reproduction without written permission is not permitted.
5. Religious practice
Khums, Zakat, Sadaqa, Fitra, Kaffara, Fidya, Ijarah, and other religious donations are processed under religious supervision per the Society's marja affiliation. Disputed fiqh interpretations should be raised directly with the marja's wakil.
6. Disclaimer
The Khums and Zakat calculators are simplified guides, not fatwas. For complex cases, consult a learned Aalim.
